Join CMEA’s popular HR roundtables for the latest updates on employment laws and a lively discussion on best-practices and workplace challenges.  Representing a variety of industries, our participants learn from each other, share resources, and make meaningful, long-term connections.

All meetings include a legal update, a discussion on questions submitted by participants, and an open forum.  Sessions may feature a speaker for 15-20 minutes on a topic addressed/requested by the members.  Confidentiality is respected at roundtables.

CEO Roundtable

Welcome to the CMEA CEO Roundtable.  As CEO, everyone turns to you for answers, decisions and advice. Where do you turn for feedback, counsel and support? Being a CEO can be a lonely job.

The CMEA CEO Roundtable is a group of senior executives who meet monthly to discuss complex and challenging business problems. This informal, confidential setting is for business owners, CEOs, presidents, COOs, executive directors, CFOs, VPs and other senior executives with responsibility for P&L and growing the business.

  • Executives will gain valuable insights through an exchange of ideas and perspectives
  • Executives will present their businesses as case studies for the group’s learning
  • Expert guest speakers will provide specific content knowledge relevant to running a business
  • Executives will create ongoing peer connections for future advice and resources

Each month a guest speaker will present on a specific topic. Topics may include expense control, sales and marketing, leadership coaching, health insurance, driving vision, change management.

Dave O’Donnell, CEO and Chairman of the Patriot Financial Group, patriot-financial-group.com, will be the Roundtable facilitator.

Day: 4th Tuesday of the month (begins on October 24th)
